The Company

DITT Construction Ltd is one of the largest construction companies within Shetland. Our range of knowledge, expertise and ability allows us to undertake projects of all sizes, ranging from large scale Civil Engineering developments to Commercial and Industrial right down to smaller scale domestic works. Our works at the Sullom Voe Terminal has been ongoing for many years. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to expand our workforce, with a number of positions available.

 

The Positions – Sullom Voe Terminal

  • Co-ordinator/Planner
  • Quality Controller
  • Materials Store Person
  • Tools and Equipment Controller
  • Safety Coach
  • Site Engineer

 

Remuneration

  • Wages paid weekly
  • Rate of pay based on experience
  • Optional overtime available

Responsibilities

  • Strict compliance with relevant health and safety protocols
  • Awareness of environmental regulations
  • Safely working as part of a team
  • Comply with terminal rules and guidelines

Desired skills and experience

  • Driving licence essential
  • Basic knowledge of construction activities would be an advantage
