Trustee – Shetland Recreational Trust
Shetland Recreational Trust is looking for new trustees to join its board which meets at least seven times a year. Trustees are responsible for setting the strategic aims, objectives and direction of the organisation.
The Trust owns and manages a network of 8 leisure facilities throughout Shetland. The central objectives of the Trust are in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the aim of improving the condition of life for the inhabitants of Shetland.
The trustee position is voluntary and there is no remuneration for this role although reasonable expenses associated with Trust business will be reimbursed.
Employees of the Shetland Recreational Trust are not eligible to apply for this post.
