We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant. The position will be for 12-18 months, part-time with flexible working hours.
The successful applicant to this role will be responsible for providing support to the business through the preparation of wages and bookkeeping for a number of our clients.
Your key responsibilities in this varied role will mainly include:
- Wages preparation
- Bookkeeping preparation
And the qualities that you will bring to the role will include:
- Excellent customer service and team working skills
- The ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a wages/bookkeeper role
- Working knowledge of Sage Payroll, Sage Accounting software and Excel
