Customer Service Supervisor

Shetland Arts is on the lookout for Part-Time Customer Service Supervisors to join our team. You’ll play an important part supervising a team staff delivering a professional, customer focused, efficient and profitable Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar, Retail and Foyer service.

What are the details?

• This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week), working across Front of House and the Café Bar.
• Salary: £26,918 – £31,883 (pro rata).
• Varied shift times (days, evenings, weekends).
• Mareel is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday – availability will be discussed at interview.
