Casual Customer Services Supervisor (Garrison Theatre)

Are you passionate about the arts and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Shetland Arts is on the lookout for Casual Customer Services Supervisors to join our team. This role is based in The Garrison Theatre, which opens for selected events throughout the year.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play an important part in delivering a top-notch, customer-first experience to customers attending events. You will supervise a team of staff in order to deliver a professional, customer focused, efficient front of house, foyer service and event stewarding for events taking place at The Garrison.

This is a casual, event-based role with varying hours (days, evenings, weekends).

Salary: £13.99 – £16.57/hour.
