Casual Customer Services Assistants (Garrison Theatre)

Are you passionate about the arts and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Shetland Arts is on the lookout for Casual Customer Services Assistants to join our team. This role is based in The Garrison Theatre, which opens for selected events throughout the year.

As an Assistant, you’ll play an important part in delivering a top-notch, customer-first experience to customers attending events. You will work under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Supervisors to deliver a professional and a consistently high standard of customer care and safety by providing an excellent and friendly front of house, foyer service and event stewarding.

This is a casual, event-based role with varying hours (days, evenings, weekends).

Salary: £12/hour.
