With this Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course you can gain a diploma-level qualification in aquaculture management while working in the aquaculture industry.

The course is delivered entirely online with support from a tutor and will normally take about nine months to complete. It is aimed at experienced aquaculture staff who are working in or ready to progress to aquaculture management roles or at anyone with a professional interest in the aquaculture industry.

The course is applicable to a wide range of different types of aquaculture and aquaculture species in many parts of the world.

On successful completion of the course you will receive an award in Aquaculture Management at SCQF Level 8 (equivalent to a Higher National Diploma). This award could qualify you to progress to higher education in a relevant subject.

There are no formal entry requirements but the course is aimed at persons currently working in the aquaculture industry or with a knowledge of aquaculture.

All instruction and assessment will be in English and candidates must have an adequate competency in that language.

Please contact NAFC if you would like to discuss whether this course is suitable for you.
