The Swan Trust SCIO operates the restored traditional Fifie, Swan LK243, providing sail training experiences and trips for public and community groups around Shetland and further afield.

The Trust is seeking an Administration Assistant to carry out a range of tasks including minute taking, processing passenger bookings and managing enquiries.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this community based organisation; working with a range of groups and individuals on activities which play an important role in preserving Shetland’s heritage and traditional sailing skills.

10 hours per week, flexible hours Monday-Friday

A separate Finance Assistant role which may be carried out in tandem is also available to interested candidates.

£15.00 per hour.
