Aimee and Kirsty Budge, of Bigton Farm, are one of three finalists for the programme's 2018 Farming Hero competition.

In the last couple of years the sisters took on the role of being Shetland's only 'monitor farm' as part of a nationwide programme focusing on practical demonstrations, the sharing of best practice and the discussion of up-to-date issues.

The winner of the Farming Hero prize will be announced at this year's BBC Food and Farming Awards, which are being held in June.

Countryfile will be broadcast on BBC One on Sunday at 7pm.
