A CHANCE photo taken by a Shetland dog enthusiast of her seven canines at a beach has become something of a hit online.
After having her well-trained pets pose for a photo in front of the shore at the Burra beach - a feat in itself - Kaylee Robertson took a picture by chance of her six Shetland sheepdogs and Alaskan Klee Kai all with one paw out as they started to set off again.
The picture was posted online on a Facebook page set up to promote Shetland and its scenery, with the striking image attracting a lot of attention.
"It was an absolute fluke. I had them lined up for a picture, then when I gave the command to 'release' them I pressed the shutter and the photo was taken," Robertson said.
"I didn't even look at it until I got home where I then burst out laughing seeing it for the first time. It has however inspired me to try more shots like these because they look really good."
